January 15 is an anniversary date... when Barry left his body by suicide (this year it will be seven years) and when Jessica left her body from cancer (this year it will be three years).

 

I do not have any of Barry's ashes. I do have little jars of Jessica's and Michelle's ashes, though. I have been carrying them with me while traveling - through Turkey, Uzbekistan, Malta, Germany, the Netherlands, England, and now Crete, Greece.

 

Everywhere I have been, I have released cremains of Michelle and Jessica. They have been scattered to the earth, water, and air, as have the memories of Barry, Dad, Mom, and other family members and friends who are now my ancestors.

 

These releasing ceremonies have made the earth I step on more sacred... the water, the air, more sacred... life, more sacred. 

 

Any day is a good day to align with the sacred. Any day is a good day to welcome in Grief, my sacred teacher. Any day is a good day to allow the depth of feelings I have for those no longer embodied, those I miss being on the planet. Anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasion dates feel especially significant. They are especially good days for a releasing ceremony.

 

January 16 is Dad's birthday. This makes the January 15 anniversary dates even more significant. So, this year, on January 15, I invite you to join me in a releasing ceremony: "Aligning with Sacred Earth."

 

If you are in Crete, Greece, please join. Bring your cremains, memories, internal qualities, or items to release. If you are not in Crete please join energetically.
